A committed participant in Creative Events and Television since 1998, I've contributed my skills for most of those years as a freelancer, interspersed by permanent contracts with Staging Connections (stylist / dresser), HSV Channel 7 (art department / standby props / production assistant), Solution RED (creative project manager / stylist) & Harry The Hirer (event sales/management).
Through these roles, I have been lucky enough to be involved in some of Australia's most notable events and television programs, from an annual presence at the Australian Open Tennis, Spring Racing Carnival and the Phillip Island MotoGP & Superbikes events (managing site furniture installation, overseeing custom builds for VIP areas, styling) to designing an exhibition stand for the Iconic Melissa shoes, to Public Art projects including painting and installing 12m tall Gladioli flowers for the Arts Centre, and providing creative direction and lending a stylistic hand on the most intimate private functions.
Ever hungry for personal and professional development and not afraid to get dirt under my nails, I am continually expanding my repertoire as a well rounded, multi-skilled creative specialist, able to work across many plains. And there is always room for more, whether it be studying AutoCAD (currently pushing my technical drawing skills), surfing - for those zen moments (also helps with balance while up a ladder!) or my personal art projects.
